TPI House

Our volunteer office staff are TPI trained; they have completed a basic welfare course and are available to discuss problems of a general nature with members.

TPI-SA also has dedicated welfare officers who can provide confidential advice on more complex issues or can refer the matter to a more appropriate person.

TPI-SA does not undertake pension claims but refers all such enquiries or requests to organizations that have a greater knowledge and experience on these matters.

A welfare team visits country regional centres regularly so that members are provided with the latest information on Health & Welfare issues.
